Any kind of fitness always gives importance to the normal heart rate because whenever the heart rate gets higher, complication like blood pressure do arise. Today we are going to discuss the topic of, low resting heart rate or RHR, which is quite an important part of human health.

Normally we check our heart rate per minute when we are active and it shows us the current beats of the organ. While we take a rest we can also check our heartbeat and the checkup will definitely inform us whether we are healthy or not. Maximum heart attack happens when a person is in his sleep or while taking a rest. The lower the heart rate the better it is, as high or irregular heartbeat may cause paralysis. Eating a nutritious and wholesome meal in the regular interval of every two hours lead to proper digestion of food. Drink eight glasses of water which not only digest the food, but also regulates the bowel movement . The simple practice of meditation relieves the mind of negative emotions like fear, anger and stress. Completely avoid any kind of bad habits like drinking too much of tea, coffee, smoking, etc.

These above guidelines should be maintained clearly by each and every one in order to stay fit and healthy. Besides all these points a relaxing and good rest or sleep can work miracles on the whole body's fitness aspect. Therefore, by adopting all these tried and tested formula one can achieve a lower resting heart rate. A normal heart rate is like a signal to our internal and external physical fitness.
